Slow and Steady Wins The Race
“Even though a marathon might seem hard, once you complete one, it grants you the joy of the world.”
Ahmed Wahby, Champion of the 10th Grade Marathon, had some secrets to share. When asked about how he accomplished finishing this marathon with what seemed to be very little effort, he stated that he’d been a runner for five years, and that he has a lot of experience when it comes to running for long distances and periods of time (which is why it seemed like he put no effort at all when running this marathon).
At the beginning, all runners gave it their all and ran as fast as they could, while Wahby took it slow. He jogged with a steady pace, and with his increased amount of stamina; everyone eventually broke down except for him.
Onlookers were taken aback with how fast he had overlapped the other contestants, but after finding out he’d been doing it professionally, they all can’t wait until the second marathon, so they can follow his advice and try to take the process to another level.
“Slow and steady wins the race.”, said Ahmed Wahby, Champion of the 10th Grade Marathon.
