“Behind every young child who believes in himself is a parent who believed first.”
Parents care about their children. That is the natural order of the world. At any given time during the K-12 journey, parents entrust their children to academic institutions, saturated with educators. The reality is that a career in education goes hand-in-hand with a career in a care-giving.
Advanced Education always emphasizes the importance of parent-teacher communication. It allows the parents and the teachers to work hand in hand to ensure that students grow academically, behaviorally, and socially.
The school successfully held its first parent-teacher conference for the 2019-2020 academic year. This event is arranged, quarterly, to allow parents the opportunity to meet and speak with their child’s teacher and gain a clear understanding of their performance, achievements and needed areas of improvements. This is important. When all the adults in a child’s life gather to work together for the benefit and betterment of the child, then success is not too far behind.
As a result of this close relationship between home and school, students at Advanced Education experience a smoother and healthier educational experience.
